Eckhart, who filed the lawsuit in 2020, claimed Henry “handcuffed and raped” her in 2017. However, Henry’s attorneys argue the allegations are undermined by explicit text messages exchanged between the two, which suggest a consensual relationship that Eckhart not only initiated but also encouraged.

Henry’s legal team presented text messages that indicate Eckhart engaged in “highly provocative sexting” both before and after the alleged incident.
