On January 6, 2025, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released a video that sent shockwaves through conservative circles and reopened debate over what really happened at the U.S. Capitol. According to Fitton, newly obtained documents reveal that the Central Intelligence Agency — an agency legally restricted from domestic law enforcement activities — had a presence and operational role during the January 6 disturbances.
This revelation came four years after the controversial 2020 election and the events at the Capitol that Democrats continue to label an “insurrection,” while aggressively suppressing information that contradicts their preferred storyline.
