The fallout from the mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy triple-murder case is continuing, with yet another juror publicly criticizing the lone member of the panel who refused to join the majority in supporting a finding that Clancy was not criminally responsible for the deaths of her three children.
Nick Dargie, 25, is now at least the fifth juror to speak publicly since the trial ended without a verdict. Dargie was one of two men serving on the 11-member jury who ultimately supported finding Clancy not guilty by reason of a lack of criminal responsibility.
The case has drawn enormous national attention because Clancy admitted to killing her three young children inside the family’s Duxbury, Massachusetts, home on January 24, 2023.
