An Obama-era federal judge has once again stepped into the middle of the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement efforts, issuing a controversial ruling that critics say directly undermines national sovereignty and public safety.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ordered the Trump administration to “facilitate” the return of Venezuelan nationals who were previously removed from the United States and transferred to El Salvador. These individuals were deported under the Alien Enemies Act after being identified as suspected members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
The decision, handed down late Monday night by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, is the latest development in a legal challenge brought by far-left immigration activists who oppose the Trump administration’s aggressive stance on criminal alien deportations.
The case centers on the administration’s use of the Alien Enemies Act—a wartime statute—to expel suspected gang members believed to pose a serious threat to American communities. Tren de Aragua has been linked to violent crime, drug trafficking, and human smuggling throughout the Western Hemisphere.

I think Judge Boasberg should be deported with the illegals. He certainly does not act like he’s an American and a judge he needs to read the constitution again. Appointed politically and hands down political judgements. He should be disbarred!!!!!
