A Biden-appointed federal judge has just handed a major victory to anti-ICE activists — and a crushing blow to the Department of Homeland Security’s security operations. U.S. District Court Judge LaShonda Hunt has ordered federal authorities to remove a protective fence surrounding an immigration processing center in Broadview, Illinois, despite months of violent protests and threats at the site.
The order targets a recently installed eight-foot barrier that federal officials say was critical to safeguarding both employees and detainees at the Broadview facility. That fence was erected after President Trump’s “Operation Midway Blitz” ramped up enforcement efforts earlier this fall, leading to widespread arrests of criminal illegal aliens across the Chicago metro area. In response, mobs of far-left activists swarmed the facility, vandalized vehicles, and attempted to block operations.
Judge Hunt, however, sided with local officials and anti-ICE activists. She approved the Village of Broadview’s emergency motion for a temporary restraining order against DHS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, claiming the agency had overstepped its legal authority by placing the fence on Beach Street without first getting the village’s permission.

If any ICE agents get hurt or killed, charge the ignorant and bias U.S. District Court Judge LaShonda Hunt on charges and put in jail for endangering ICE agents! She should never have been a judge in the first place because she is clearly not in her right mind and has no business being a judge. Put her in jail and throw away the key because she is an embarrassment to the US!
