One such case just exploded into public view after U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes declared herself the ultimate authority on U.S. military readiness. In a shocking power grab, Reyes essentially suggested President Trump was pretending to be the Commander in Chief.
The issue? President Trump issued a common-sense executive order aimed at keeping the military focused and combat-ready by banning transgender individuals from serving.
