Judge Just TOSSES Voting Machine Lawsuit!

After eight years of legal battles, a high-stakes federal lawsuit aimed at banning Georgia’s controversial QR code-based voting systems has come to an end. Judge Amy Totenberg, after more than a year of deliberation, dismissed the case, ruling that “the Court lacks jurisdiction to consider the merits of Plaintiffs’ claims.”

The decision has left many questioning how such a critical case, involving election security and voting integrity, could be dragged through years of litigation, only to be dismissed on jurisdictional grounds.
