“I think it’s Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez. And as I’ve said before, she’s entitled to her opinions,” Kennedy added. “You know, my personal opinion is that God gave her a billygoat brain and a mockingbird mouth, you know?”
That zinger lit up conservative social media, with memes and reaction clips flying fast. But Kennedy wasn’t done yet.
Kennedy Exposes Democrats’ Anti-Trump Obsession
Kennedy ripped deeper into the ideological vacuum on the Left. In his view, Democrats are so blinded by their contempt for Donald Trump that they’ve abandoned even pretending to have serious policy ideas.
“Look, I believe in the power of ideas, and my Democratic colleagues have no ideas,” Kennedy said. “All they have is hatred for one man, even when he’s right, and that is President Trump. And I don’t think that’s healthy for them. I don’t think that’s healthy for America.”
In typical Kennedy style, he managed to weave in humor while landing heavy political punches.
“I don’t mean to be unkind, but I would rather watch reruns of The View for the rest of eternity than listen to some of my Democratic colleagues, and I think I’m pretty tolerant,” he joked.
“Game Room in a Mental Hospital”
It was Kennedy’s next line that left jaws on the floor and leftists scrambling.
“A charitable interpretation of the behavior of the Democratic Party may exist, but I can’t think of one,” he said. “I think most fair-minded Americans think today’s Democratic Party looks like the game room in a mental hospital. It’s exquisitely shambolic.”
That unfiltered line went viral overnight, with conservatives cheering the senator for giving voice to what many have been feeling for years.
“The only thing the Democrats contribute to the discussion is just a bunch of rabid barking,” Kennedy continued. “Many Democrats still drink their caramel frappuccinos and they carry their NPR tote bags, but their ideas are either nonexistent or they are shallow, and their passions are immature.”
Democrats: Oppose Trump at All Costs
Kennedy then pulled back the curtain on the Left’s relentless opposition to Trump’s successes — even the ones that clearly benefited the country.
“The Democratic Party today is not defined by its principles, it’s defined by one thing: its hatred of President Trump, even when he’s right,” Kennedy emphasized. “For example, in the first 100 days, President Trump secured the border. The Democrats were opposed. In his first 100 days, President Trump got rid of racial quotas. The Democratic Party was opposed. In his first 100 days, President Trump started deregulating the economy. You mentioned it, Sean, getting rid of rules and regulations. The Democrats were opposed and are opposed.”
His point? Democrats are no longer the party of ideas — they’ve become the party of knee-jerk obstruction.

With Trump back in the White House, Democrats like AOC are bracing for a tough four years. But rather than retool their platform, they’re doubling down on radicalism — and Kennedy believes that’s a losing formula.
