JD Vance Just Threw Down the GAUNTLET

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

What started as localized court challenges has spiraled into a full-blown constitutional crisis. Vance argues that unelected judges are stripping power from the executive branch in order to preserve open borders—no matter what the voters decide.

Rogue Judges Blocking Trump’s Deportation Agenda

Trump’s tough-on-illegal-immigration stance has always been central to his presidency. But instead of respecting the democratic process, left-wing judges have taken it upon themselves to block enforcement at every turn.

Trump Survivor Coin

One recent ruling in Maryland raised serious alarms. A Democrat-appointed judge issued a blanket order halting deportations nationwide if an illegal immigrant filed a habeas corpus petition—regardless of its legal merit.

“ORDERED by the United States District Court for the District of Maryland that upon the filing of a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 on behalf of an alien detainee, the Government/Respondents, including all those acting for them or on their behalf, are ENJOINED and RESTRAINED from removing Petitioners in such cases from the continental United States or altering their legal status, provided that Petitioner’s full name and A# have been provided to the Court, either in the Petition or in a separate sealed filing,” the order read.

This isn’t just judicial overreach—it’s obstruction of federal law by decree.

Supreme Court Now in the Crosshairs

Even the U.S. Supreme Court hasn’t been immune to the Left’s influence. Vance pointed out that the high court once intervened to block Trump from deporting known terrorist aliens under the Alien Enemies Act. That, he says, should be a wake-up call to conservatives everywhere.

In a candid interview with New York Times columnist Ross Douthat, Vance had a sharp message for Chief Justice John Roberts.

“I saw an interview with Justice Roberts, Chief Justice Roberts recently, where he said the role of the Court is to check the excesses of the executive. I thought that was a profoundly wrong sentiment. That’s one half of his job,” Vance said.

Vance emphasized that the courts were ignoring their own excesses while constantly undermining the will of the voters.

“The other half of his job is to check the excesses of his own branch, and you cannot have a country where the American people keep on electing immigration enforcement and the courts tell the American people they’re not allowed to have what they voted for, and that’s where we are right now,” Vance added. “We’re going to keep working it through the immigration court process, through the Supreme Court, as much as possible.”

Warning: The Judiciary Can’t Enforce Its Own Rulings

JD Vance’s most chilling point? The courts are playing a dangerous game they ultimately can’t win.

The Constitution gives the power of the purse to Congress and the power of enforcement to the executive branch. Judges don’t have police forces or armies. If they continue acting like a shadow government, Vance warns, they may spark a confrontation they’re not prepared for.

And he’s not alone in thinking so. Across the conservative base, there’s growing frustration with how the courts have been used to sabotage America’s priorities—especially under Trump.

“We’re going to keep working it through the immigration court process, through the Supreme Court, as much as possible,” Vance concluded, signaling that this battle isn’t over—but the patience of millions of voters is wearing thin.

If Chief Justice Roberts and his colleagues don’t take heed, the next clash between the branches of government may not be decided by legal arguments, but by raw constitutional power.

This isn’t just about Trump—it’s about whether elections still matter in America.
