Jasmine Crockett Just Owned It

Staffers Say Crockett’s Focus Is on Fame, Not Her District
The Post cited sources who painted a picture of a boss more interested in booking appearances on “The View” and late-night talk shows than addressing local concerns. One insider claimed she refuses to ride in staffers’ vehicles, instead insisting on rented SUVs for even the shortest distances.

The allegations haven’t slowed her down. Crockett — who frequently plays the race and gender card to deflect criticism — waved off the report as “more slander, more nonsense, more lies.”

“Being not only a woman, but being young, and being a Black woman… there’s a lot of scrutiny that comes my way, and it comes my way from all different angles,” she said. “Your hate is my motivation, so keep hatin’.”

A Record of Unhinged Trump Attacks
Crockett has built her public persona on lobbing vulgar insults at Donald Trump, branding him a “piece of s***,” “enemy to the United States,” “wannabe Hitler,” and “buffoon.”

At a recent left-wing rally in Phoenix, she doubled down. “Listen, Donald Trump is a piece of s–t. OK, we know that,” Crockett told the crowd at the MoveOn-organized Won’t Back Down Tour, accusing Republicans and the Supreme Court of being “complicit” in enabling him.

Trump has returned fire, calling her a “low-IQ person” and sarcastically dubbing her “the new star” of the Democratic Party.

Facing a Redistricting Nightmare
While Crockett relishes her war of words with Trump, her political future may be decided by Texas mapmakers. A Republican-backed redistricting plan would shift her Dallas-based district into more GOP territory — a move that could cost her the seat altogether.

She blasted the proposal as “a power grab to silence voters” and revealed she was asked to verify her address before the maps were unveiled.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries rushed to Texas last week to rally with Democrats against the plan, warning it could net Republicans up to five new House seats. Gov. Greg Abbott has signaled the number could be as high as eight.

“We will fight them politically. We will fight them governmentally. We will fight them in court,” Jeffries vowed. “Texas Democrats will not bend the knee.”

Democrat Rep. Lizzie Fletcher echoed the alarm, calling the move part of a “national trend” and warning that “people across the country are watching what we are doing in Texas.”

From Self-Proclaimed ‘Diva’ to Political Target
Crockett may be basking in her self-proclaimed “diva” moment, but her troubles are piling up. Between staffer allegations, her obsession with cable TV fame, and a looming Republican redistricting push, the Democrat firebrand might soon be spending more time defending her own seat than attacking Donald Trump.
