Jack Smith’s CAREER Is OVER After This!

A political earthquake just rattled Washington as former Special Counsel Jack Smith faces a criminal referral to the Department of Justice for misconduct and possible disbarment — following explosive revelations that he spied on Republican lawmakers during a controversial investigation.

Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) made good on her promise to take action. On Friday, she sent a formal letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, referring Smith for prosecution and disbarment. The move comes after reports confirmed that Joe Biden’s FBI — and later Smith himself — monitored the private phone records of eight sitting Republican Senators.

“Jack Smith’s weaponized witch hunt has crossed every ethical and legal line imaginable,” Blackburn declared in the letter, demanding an immediate probe into what she described as “deeply disturbing revelations.”

According to records released by Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI), the FBI and DOJ carried out a massive surveillance campaign under the codename “Operation Arctic Frost.” The investigation, launched in April 2022, allegedly targeted allies of President Trump — even seizing government-issued cell phones belonging to both Trump and former Vice President Mike Pence.
