Another Biden family scandal is making headlines, this time involving President Joe Biden’s daughter, Ashley Biden. A federal watchdog has referred her nonprofit, Women’s Wellness Spa(ce), to the IRS over a $250,000 donation from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Archewell Foundation that allegedly was never disclosed, according to an exclusive report by The Daily Mail.
The nonprofit, which claims to be a “trauma-informed wellness center,” received the hefty donation while Joe Biden was still in office in 2023. However, the National Legal and Policy Center (NLPC) claims the organization failed to report it on its IRS Form 990, calling it a “clear violation” of federal transparency laws.

Watchdog Demands Investigation
In its complaint, the NLPC stated: “Ms. Biden failed to report the receipt of a grant of $250,000 made in 2023 by the Archewell Foundation, founded by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. In addition, there are other reporting violations by Ms. Biden, including failing to identify all of the Board of Directors of her nonprofit.”
