Hunter Biden’s attorney, Chris Clark, has produced major disclosures in court that refute Joe Biden’s exaggerated assertions regarding his family’s overseas income. According to Breitbart News, this evidence undermines Joe Biden’s claim that his son had not benefited from China or any other foreign nation during the 2020 presidential debate with President Donald Trump. The truth is that this assertion is refuted by the evidence that Hunter Biden’s attorney has provided.
Since Clark informed the court that Hunter Biden made over $1 million in offshore business transactions, including $664,000 from CEFC, a company connected to the Chinese Communist Party and China’s spy service, this remark has come back to haunt Joe Biden. According to the court record, Biden’s attorney said, “During calendar year 2017, Biden earned substantial income, including: just under $1 million from a company he formed with the CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate [BHR Partners]; $666,666 from his domestic business interests; approximately $664,000 from a Chinese infrastructure investment company [CEFC].”
Hunter Biden’s business dealings with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings were a subject of discussion in court. Hunter was on the board of this Ukrainian energy business from 2017 until December 2019, as well as a Chinese private equity fund, according to Mr. Clark, who disclosed this to the court. The contracts he negotiated and signed for business and legal services brought him and his domestic corporations, Owasco, PC and Owasco, LLC, millions of dollars in compensation. In addition, Hunter worked as a ‘of counsel’ for a reputable international law firm, earning a respectable salary of more than $2.3 million in 2017 and $2.1 million in 2018.
The fact that Joe Biden allegedly accepted a $10 million bribe from Burisma Holdings while serving as vice president in exchange for stopping Ukrainian prosecutors’ inquiries raises serious questions about the source of his income. According to reports, Joe Biden received $5 million of this payment, and Hunter Biden received the remaining $5 million. Hunter Biden hasn’t officially acknowledged collecting this sum, though.

Hunter Biden has earned money from other foreign countries, including Romania, Mr. Clark further stated. Congress is currently looking into the Biden family to see whether they may have assisted Joe Biden’s influence-peddling tactics. Support for President Trump’s impeachment has increased in response to the recent disclosure of an FBI document detailing charges of bribery concerning a Ukrainian energy business. Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has shown a desire to investigate this issue further.
