A routine trip to In-N-Out suddenly turned into a chaotic confrontation when an angry woman allegedly armed herself with a wooden board and began swinging at employees.
Workers quickly retreated as the situation spiraled out of control.
But one customer watching from the drive-thru line apparently decided he wasn’t going to sit back and watch employees get attacked.
Instead, he climbed through the drive-thru window, grabbed the only object he could find that might help him defend the workers, and stepped directly into the confrontation.
