A dangerous breach of security has rocked Washington D.C. after an illegal alien allegedly stole the purse of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem during an Easter celebration with her family.
The incident took place at The Capital Burger, just steps from the White House, where Noem, 53, was dining. According to reports, a masked thief made off with her luxury handbag containing over $3,000 in cash, as well as her driver’s license, passport, DHS credentials, and apartment keys.

Authorities with the D.C. Metropolitan Police, working alongside the Secret Service, apprehended the suspect following a fast-moving investigation. Officials have yet to release the suspect’s identity, but confirmed he is an illegal alien tied to an organized theft ring. Law enforcement is currently hunting a second suspect, also believed to be in the country illegally.
