Another innocent American has become the victim of the Biden administration’s reckless open border policies. A 52-year-old Georgia grandmother and mother of five, Camilia Williams, was found dead in the woods, and the man accused of murdering her is yet another illegal immigrant who never should have been in this country in the first place.
According to a report released Friday, the suspect—21-year-old David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, a Honduran national—was caught by Border Patrol in March 2021 but was later released into the United States. Instead of being deported, he was “paroled into the country by the previous administration,” the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News. Since then, he remained in the U.S., despite being under a formal deportation order since July 2023.

Now, Rivas-Sagastume is facing a capital murder charge in the brutal killing of Williams, whose lifeless body was discovered in a wooded area in Marietta, Georgia.
Williams’ family revealed to local media that she had confided about being followed by a man in the days before her murder. So far, investigators haven’t identified any previous relationship between the victim and the suspect, but the violence she endured was horrific.
