A high-profile anti-Trump protest in Washington, D.C., took a surprising turn when an undocumented immigrant proudly announced her illegal status — right in front of cameras, and just weeks after President Trump renewed his vow to crack down on unlawful immigration.
The rally, dubbed “Hands Off,” attracted a slew of left-wing activists, including organizers from far-left groups like Indivisible, MoveOn, Third Act, and Fight Back Table. While promoted as a grassroots movement, it’s clear this was a well-coordinated political stunt — not some spontaneous gathering of concerned citizens.
But the star of the show — and not in a good way — was Greisa Martinez Rosas, the executive director of United We Dream, an openly pro-illegal immigration group. On stage, she defiantly declared her status to the crowd, saying:
“My name is Greisa Martinez Rosas. I am an immigrant; I am undocumented, unafraid, queer, and unashamed!”
