The injured protester is 21 year old Kaden Rummler, who according to family members suffered catastrophic damage to his left eye after being struck by a crowd control projectile fired by a federal officer. The clash unfolded during a protest that quickly deteriorated from chanting to physical confrontation. Despite predictable outrage from activist circles, the facts on the ground paint a very different picture than the narrative being pushed by the activist left.

According to eyewitness accounts and video footage, federal agents were stationed in riot gear outside a government building when demonstrators surged toward them. Officers repeatedly ordered the crowd to back away. Instead, several protesters pressed forward, screaming into megaphones and moving aggressively toward the agents.

  1. It would not have happened if he had not been there. Sorry but when you stick you neck out it can get chopped off. If you want to protest then go the ballot box and speak. Show your id then voice your opinion. Good system if people use it.
