A male teacher who identified as transgender and taught pre-K and kindergarten at a U.S. military school in North Carolina was recently removed from his position after raising serious concerns among parents and advocacy groups. The teacher reportedly wore a false wolf tail while teaching, drawing criticism for his unusual classroom behavior.
According to a report from CBN, Liberty Counsel sent a letter to the Department of Defense Education Activity urging the teacher’s immediate removal. The organization highlighted the need to protect young children from “gross and disturbing behavior.”
Parents at Mildred B. Poole Elementary School first reported troubling incidents as early as 2025, noting behavior that frightened their children. The teacher allegedly appeared in feminine clothing, wore a dog collar during class, and incorporated fetish-themed accessories alongside an animal tail.
Liberty Counsel said the teacher told students he “transforms into a ‘wolf’ at night” and instructed them to howl along with him. Children were also reportedly asked to address him by various online wolf persona names as well as female names and pronouns.
