Five days later, 23-year-old Rafael Govea Romero, an illegal alien, was accused in the case. His bond has been set at an astounding $2 million, according to ABC News.

KTRK reports that Boone said that “officers seized a motor vehicle and items of evidence tending to connect this suspect Romero to the murder of Lizbeth Medina.” He withheld the details of the evidence that the police had used to conclude that Romero had murdered Medina.
The police department sent another press statement stating that “Although Romero is apprehended, we recognize Lizbeth’s family and friends are grieving and still need support from the community. The citizens of Edna can now sleep in peace!”
In actuality, none of us can dispute it. Like Romero, there are a lot of people without documentation walking the streets freely because of the Biden administration.
