Fox News host Greg Gutfeld is raising serious questions about the mysterious disappearance of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, arguing that major elements of the case simply do not add up and warrant deeper scrutiny—including voluntary polygraph testing by family members.
During a recent episode of GUTFELD!, the outspoken commentator said the public narrative surrounding the alleged kidnapping is riddled with inconsistencies that should concern both investigators and the public. According to Gutfeld, the lack of clarity surrounding ransom demands, timelines, and communication methods suggests the case may not be what it initially appears.
One of Gutfeld’s most pointed remarks centered on the absence of lie detector testing among those closest to the missing woman. He openly suggested that Savannah Guthrie, Nancy’s daughter and host of NBC’s Today show, could take the lead by volunteering for a polygraph exam in order to eliminate speculation.
“Have they given everyone polygraphs? I don’t believe they have. I think Savannah Guthrie might wanna volunteer to do a poly and say, ‘I just don’t want people to speculate that I might be involved,’” Gutfeld said during Monday’s broadcast.
