Biden-Backed Wind Company Operated Above the Law
ESI Energy, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, one of the largest renewable energy corporations in the United States, pleaded guilty to violating the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
The company admitted that since 2012, its wind farms killed at least 150 bald and golden eagles across eight states.
