Georgia Judge’s Two Words END Mayor’s Anti-Gun Plan!

Democrat officials never seem to grasp a simple reality: the Second Amendment is not optional.
No matter how many times courts strike down their gun-control fantasies, they keep charging ahead as if the Constitution is merely a suggestion.

But this time, one Georgia mayor just ran headfirst into a legal brick wall—courtesy of a judge who didn’t mince words.

Gun owners across Georgia earned a massive victory Wednesday after a Savannah judge tossed out the city’s controversial gun-storage ordinance.

Recorder’s Court Judge Brian Joseph Huffman Jr. didn’t hedge, didn’t wobble, and didn’t sugarcoat.
He ruled the Democrat-backed regulation “void and unenforceable”—a devastating blow that Second Amendment advocates have been waiting for.

This case began when resident Clayton Papp received a citation in August 2024 for allegedly breaking Savannah’s requirement that firearms inside vehicles be locked or secured. His attorney immediately challenged the charge, pointing out that Georgia’s state preemption law blocks local governments from meddling with firearm regulations.

Judge Huffman reviewed the facts and came down squarely on Papp’s side. The ordinance wasn’t just flawed—it was illegal.
