In relation to the contentious 2020 presidential election, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D-MI) charged 16 Republican Electors with political offenses in July 2023.
Many of the senior citizens who cast their ballots as ALTERNATE electors in Michigan face eight felonies each, a sentence that could result in life in prison if AG Nessel gets her wish.

The following felonies were brought against each of the sixteen defendants:
- A 14-year felony charge of conspiracy to commit forgery
- Forgery on two counts, a 14-year felony,
- A single conspiracy charge of uttering and publishing, punishable by 14 years in prison,
- A 14-year felony charge of one count of uttering and publishing
- A five-year felony charge of conspiracy to commit election law forgery, as well as
- Election law forgery on two counts is a five-year felony.
Dana Nessel, the politically driven attorney general of Michigan, surprised everyone by saying something unexpected in a staged press conference. Without giving the 16 GOP electors a fair trial, she found them guilty of false accusations. That Michigan’s top law enforcement official would draw such conclusions without following the proper procedures is alarming.
Undoubtedly, this is not a prosecution but rather political persecution.
Due to alleged election fraud, the defendants submit alternative electoral votes, making a strong argument against the strange increase in Biden’s early morning total.
Is Michigan’s attorney general correct in her attempts to persuade voters that there were no good reasons to question the election’s security?
In Muskegon, Michigan, prior to the 2020 election, there was a protracted investigation involving several law enforcement agencies, government offices, and the examination of over ten thousand voter registrations that had been submitted by one person at the city clerk’s office. October was just one month away from the election when this occurred.
The FBI assumed control of the investigation upon learning that the voter fraud scheme extended across multiple states. The lead investigator for the Michigan State Police, a Lieutenant, says he thinks the FBI is still looking into the ongoing fraud involving false voter registration.
ALERT! Major Water Restrictions In Effect!
Before the 2020 election, AG Nessel conveniently ignores the voter registration fraud investigation.
Attorney General Nessel conveniently omits to mention that her own department was involved in a significant voter registration fraud investigation months prior to the election, even though she claims that Michigan GOP electors knew there was no chance for Trump to win because there were no election fraud lawsuits or evidence.
According to fresh information, Dana Nessel kept the public in the dark about her knowledge of election fraud in Michigan’s 2020 election.
Through a FOIA request, investigative journalist Yehuda Miller obtained exclusive documents from Michigan. On Thursday night, he shared his findings on Twitter-X. Yehuda had previously communicated with The Gateway Pundit regarding prior efforts to share significant information obtained via FOIA.
On November 5, 2020, two days after the election, Department of Justice officials were made aware of a very serious allegation of voter fraud that had been reported from election night at the TCF Center in Detroit.
Troy Cummings, a Michigan lawyer, sent an email to Matthew Schneider at the U.S. email to the Department of Justice (DOJ) included photos to support the allegations of a “egregious situation” involving ballot counting and “ballot fraud in Detroit” at Detroit’s TCF Center.
Matthew Schneider responded to the allegations in a way that was extremely concerning. He was so concerned about them, in fact, that he asked the FBI to look into them right away. He did not waste any time in forwarding the information to several DOJ officials to make sure it ended up in the right hands.
Cummings detailed in his email, “I’m following up with some information on one of the most egregious situations that I encountered over the past few days at TCF Center. There were many examples of significant election-integrity issues. But this example involves actions of government officials from both the local and state levels that are shocking if true. At the very least, I think it’s worth following up on. I will note that the pole worker, Mrs. Jacob, has 30 years in with the city and is very concerned with her job safety for doing this and likely speaking about if further. But she obviously had the courage to raise these issues yesterday. 1. Jacob conversation – narrative of the situation. 2. Affidavit of Jessica Connarn – GOP poll challenger 3. Statement of Julie Maday 4. Copies of notes from poll worker.”
Schneider copied Richard Donoghue from the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, Dawn Ison from the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan (USAMIE), and Mark Chutkow from the Office of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan (USAMIE) on Cummings’ email to David Nanz at the FBI’s Inspection Division (INSD).
Schneider’s email was, “Dave: Attached please find an email from an attorney in Michigan that describes what appears to be ballot fraud in Detroit. This allegation, and accompanying photos, is alarming. I would like FBI to look into this please. Could you please follow up?”
After receiving a complaint, the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan immediately forwarded it to Michigan’s Bureau of Elections’ Regulatory Manager, Adam Fracassi. They will talk about the issue at 5:30 p.m.

USA First Reporting looked into this incident and the claims made by Jessica Connarn, a whistleblower about election workers. Connarn signed an affidavit in which she described how election workers were instructed to alter the dates on the ballots in order for them to be counted, according to local FOX 17.
A Republican poll challenger who “was nearly in tears because she was being told by other hired poll workers at her table to change the date the ballot was received when entering ballots into the computer” approached Connarn, according to a sworn affidavit she filed with the court. Connarn was working as a poll challenger for the Republican Party at the TCF Center in Detroit.
A startling email exchange between Darryl Hill of the Michigan Department of State (MDOS) office and Thomas Fabus, Chief of Investigations at the Michigan Department of Attorney General, was discovered on November 4, 2020. This letter reveals another instance of election fraud that happened at Detroit, Michigan’s notorious TCF Arena.
After conferring with the FBI, Fabus concluded that neither his office nor the FBI possessed jurisdiction over the possible criminal actions associated with the case. To address and possibly avoid any more problems, he did suggest that the MDOS be proactive and get in touch with the complainant.
Additionally, Fabius notes that there were “apparent criminal actions”!
From the November 4, 2020 email: “Darryl, Is there an email or POC at MDOS for me to forward information for one of their staff to contact complaint on some of the procedures / rules of TCF and poll challengers? Talked to the FBI on this and it’s not going to be in their lane or ours in terms of apparent criminal actions, but MDOS may want to call and try and head this off.”
Which “lane” ought it to be in? Who else, if not the FBI and the DOJ?
Fabus added, “FYSA for BOE – FBI is getting a report from a woman who stated she is a republican and is attempting to go to TCF to be a poll challenger. She is being told that republicans are not being allowed to be poll challengers, absentee military ballots are not being counted, and “faxed in ballots” are not being counted. She has stated shes been in communication for four women who were previously inside TCF as counters and that she has heard from other republicans that have been inside as challengers. She also stated that democrats are allowed additional challengers. She has also stated she is available for callback and we have her contact if you would like it.”
This is the electronic mail.

Part 2 of this email change was made public late on Thursday night by Yehuda Miller.
These emails show that the Secretary of State’s office, the Attorney General’s office in Michigan, and the U.S. Department of Justice were all made aware of several complaints pertaining to “alarming” claims of election fraud following the 2020 election.
We plan to release a significant amount of additional content on the 2020 election from federal communications and documents in the next few days. Keep checking back!
