FBI Just Found Something Disturbing Inside His Home

For years, Americans have been told that the nation’s intelligence agencies operate with unmatched professionalism, airtight security, and rigorous oversight.

A stunning new federal case is forcing many to ask whether that confidence was badly misplaced.

The FBI recently descended on the Virginia residence of a former senior CIA official and allegedly uncovered a fortune that reads more like the plot of a Hollywood crime thriller than the career of a trusted intelligence executive.

At the center of the scandal is David Rush, a man who reportedly climbed into some of the most sensitive positions in the federal government while allegedly building his career on a foundation of fabricated credentials.

According to federal investigators, Rush spent years presenting himself as something he was not.

Authorities say he portrayed himself as a highly accomplished military officer and aviation expert, claiming he was a Navy Reserve captain and a graduate of the prestigious U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School.

He further represented himself as someone who managed major military testing operations, allegedly telling employers that he oversaw a “145-person, 18-aircraft joint Army/Navy weapons test organization.”
