revealing a startling plan: imprisoning Trump before the election.

Celebrity prosecutor schedules Trump’s widely reported case for trial

“In light of Defendant Donald John Trump’s other criminal and civil matters pending in the courts of our sister sovereigns, the State of Georgia proposes certain deadlines that do not conflict with these other courts’ already-scheduled hearings and trial dates,” Read the move to schedule a trial by Willis.

Willis makes no effort to conceal it.

Prepare for the Super Tuesday primaries on March 5, followed one week later on March 12 by the Georgia Primary.

Willis’s goal to influence the election is blatant, almost as though she invited Joe Biden to begin the trial.

But Willis’ action appears to be a publicity gimmick.

Discover why Ellie Honig, a legal expert for CNN and a former federal prosecutor, believes that state jury selection is a laborious procedure.

“So, even if they start in March, they’d still be picking a jury on election day, so that is not happening. I understand what the D.A. is doing, she’s doing what prosecutors are trained to do, you always say, ‘We are ready to go, any day, we want to try everyone all together,’ but March is not happening for this case,” Honig stated.

The Middle District of Georgia’s U.S. Attorney Michael J. Moore concurred that Willis’ choice to try Trump and his 18 co-defendants concurrently had rendered it difficult to uphold the March 4 trial date.

“There’s not a chance. There’ll be people who flip, who cooperate, plead out. There may be people she decides to get rid of because it complicates the case. I mean there could be a number of reasons,” he said. “There won’t be 19 defendants sitting in the courtroom and because there’s 19, that’s one of the reasons there’s no possible way that she’s gonna go to trial in March.”

Moore’s caution over Willis’ need for a speedy trial may support Donald Trump’s assertions that the Democrats abused the legal system to interfere with the 2024 election.
