Judge Scott McAfee stated on Monday that due to her improper relationship with lead Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis might be disqualified from Trump’s RICO case, as USA First Reporting reported.
Two of Trump’s co-defendants, Michael Roman, have subpoenaed Fani Willis and Nathan Wade to testify at an upcoming evidentiary hearing, according to a recent lawsuit Roman filed.
Ashleigh Merchant, Roman’s attorney, accused Fani Willis’ office of purposefully withholding information.
