Explosive Leak: James Biden’s 2007 FBI Tapes Uncovered!

Learn about the disturbing audio recordings that The Washington Post just made public, which reveal Joe Biden’s brother James to have been engaging in influence peddling while the FBI investigates a separate bribery plot.

Take a listen to these fascinating audio clips from an intriguing FBI investigation from 2007. This probe was focused on lawyer Richard “Dickie” Scruggs, who was imprisoned for trying to bribe a judge in Mississippi, rather than Joe Biden or his brother.

Introducing Scruggs, the well-known lawyer who led the charge in Congress in the late 1990s to push for a historic tobacco settlement.

He had already contacted James Biden’s consultancy business. James ran the business with his wife, Sara. His only objective was to persuade then-senator Joe Biden to support the deal. He allegedly paid James $100,000 to obtain these “consultancy services.”

Find out what’s really going on with this apparently normal D.C. scandal. However, the tale is not over yet…

Audio from the 2007 Scruggs bribery probe showed Scruggs associate Tim Balducci talking to James Biden, with whom he was planning to form a “consultancy group.”

Balducci was heard saying to Biden in the video, “I told him about the real Washington presence, that this was not going to be a bullshit, you know, a shingle hung somewhere in the window. That this was a real deal, that Sara was coming on, you know, as a named partner, an equity share in the venture, that we were changing the name of the firm to include her. … Hunter was going to be involved, and you were going to be involved.”

Pay attention to what you hear:

On a another tape, James Biden’s voice was heard speculating about taking on a consultant role for the leader of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Their intention was to establish a casino on tribal grounds.

“You know my hesitancy to be a, you know, an opportunist if everybody is jumping on…There’s nothing wrong with opportunist. Sara just rolled her eyes at me. So, but being a whore about it, OK, you know, like everybody just jumping in, like, ‘Let me do your insurance, let me do your legal.’”

What was said in the original Washington Post piece was as follows:

According to court documents, James Biden spoke with Balducci over the phone five weeks following the Oxford fundraiser to finalize the firm’s formation.

According to court documents, Balducci had given an envelope containing the first of two $20,000 bribes to a Mississippi judge who was scheduled to make a decision in a Scruggs case that same day. According to the documents, Scruggs requested a favourable settlement from the judge, with an estimated $26.5 million in legal expenses at risk.

According to court documents, Judge Henry Lackey remarked, “Lord have mercy,” as he accepted the envelope.

Balducci was unaware of Lackey’s involvement with the FBI.

The judge’s testimony to federal investigators states that weeks prior, Balducci had suggested that Lackey be employed as “of counsel” to his law practice upon his retirement. According to court documents, Lackey thought the offer was a favor to get him to settle the Scruggs lawsuit, so he called the FBI and the U.S. attorney’s office. Following the tip, the FBI started taping Balducci’s phone conversations, including those with James Biden; the recordings show how James and his spouse looked into potential business ventures.

After giving the money to Scruggs, Balducci drove to his office to ask the trial lawyer for help with a new consulting business he was trying to start with Patterson and Sara Biden.

Following the meeting with Scruggs, Balducci gave James Biden a call to let him know how things had gone and to outline the plans for the consulting business, which would include the senator’s son Hunter Biden as well as Sara Biden as a named partner.

“I told him we had formalized our relationship with you guys,” Balducci informed James Biden, as per the FBI tape obtained by The Post. “I told him about the real Washington presence, that this was not going to be a bullshit, you know, a shingle hung somewhere in the window. That this was a real deal, that Sara was coming on, you know, as a named partner, an equity share in the venture, that we were changing the name of the firm to include her. … Hunter was going to be involved, and you were going to be involved.”

Balducci reported to James Biden that Scruggs was fired up, citing the trial attorney as stating, “With the political connections you guys are putting together now, I know you’re going to do really, really well.”

James Biden informed Balducci over the phone later that day that he had just had a “great conversation” with Scruggs. Recounting that the trial lawyer remarked, “I think you can make a lot of money,” Biden claimed he informed Scruggs he was “really excited” that Scruggs was participating.

In the interview with The Post, Scruggs stated that although he was willing to promote the project and speak well of it to help it get traction, he had never intended to be involved with it or provide money. A request for comment from Hunter Biden’s attorney was not answered. Judge Lackey has since passed away, but according to Patterson’s statement in an interview, Lackey “could not have conceivably known” about Balducci’s meetings with James Biden.

On later recordings, James Biden is heard discussing other potential transactions. One suggestion was to work for the chairman of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, who wanted both state and federal authority to utilize 100 acres for a $375 million casino, as per their application to the federal Bureau of Indian Affairs. According to James Biden, it appeared to be a perfect chance.

“You know my hesitancy to be a, you know, an opportunist if everybody is jumping on him,” Regarding the tribe chief, James Biden stated in an audio recording from October 15, 2007. “There’s nothing wrong with opportunist. Sara just rolled her eyes at me. So, but being a whore about it, okay, you know, like everybody just jumping in, like, ‘Let me do your insurance, let me do your legal.’” The “beauty” of his suggested arrangement, he claimed, was that he could operate through individuals who are “not scumbags” and who would attest to his integrity, because the tribe had been “used and abused.”

James Biden’s attorney, Fishman, stated that his client “was discussing a potential opportunity to sell insurance to the Choctaw tribe, but he never pursued that business.”

Prepare yourself for an exciting court battle! Things took a sharp turn just before the major announcement of the Patterson, Balducci, and Biden firm’s scheme was scheduled to occur. When the FBI questioned Balducci about a questionable payment, he readily consented to assist. Balducci went inside Scruggs’s office with a wire concealed on his person, recording what they said on tape. When the FBI stormed in and took hard drives out of Scruggs’s office, the tension peaked. The very following day, Scruggs and his son Zachary took the audacious choice to turn themselves in at the nearby federal courtroom. Get ready for this wild ride through the law!

On the freshly discovered tapes, The New York Post also made the following comments:

According to a report released on Sunday, the FBI surreptitiously taped President Biden’s brother James in the course of a bribery probe against a Mississippi trial lawyer who paid $100,000 to his consulting business in the late 1990s.

In an attempt to garner support for tobacco laws that Congress was considering in 1998, trial lawyer Richard Scruggs recruited the DC consulting company of James and Sara Biden, according to a Washington Post article.

In the case, neither President Joe Biden, 81, nor his brother James, 74, were found to have committed any serious crimes. However, the disclosure coincides with an impeachment investigation over suspected influence-peddling by members of the president’s family.

“I probably wouldn’t have hired him if he wasn’t the senator’s brother,” Scruggs explained to the Washington Post why he sent money to James Biden’s company.

“Jim was never untoward about his influence,” he added. “He didn’t brag about it or talk about it. He didn’t have to. He was the man’s brother.”

Securing an agreement to force tobacco corporations to pay billions of dollars was nearly a triumph for Scruggs, who would later go to jail for another bribery scam. They were accused in the complaint of concealing the addictive nature of their goods.

It is hard to overlook the growing body of evidence that the Biden Family is corrupt, even in spite of Lindsey Graham’s denials.
