“At other times in these videos, the officer and the two other plainclothes officers with him appear to join the crowd around them in various chants, including “drain the swamp,” “U.S.A.! U.S.A.! U.S.A.!”, and “Whose house? Our house!”

Officer 1 pulled demonstrators out of the way as he moved toward the Capitol while yelling, “C’mon, c’mon, c’mon, let’s go! ”
During Trump’s speech at 12:30 p.m., MPD officer Terry Thorne is seen in a bodycam video urging demonstrators to proceed down Constitution Avenue to the Capitol. “Keep the march continuing,” he commands.
“Let’s keep it going,” Thorne says. “Let’s keep the march going. Let’s keep it going. Guys, let’s keep the march going.”
Officer 2 — one of whom was sporting a Trump beanie — observed as a group of guys sprinted past the officers and toward the Capitol: “Those guys are getting shot,” according to the motion.
Officer 1 then joined the chorus of people chanting, “Whose house? We’re home! ”
Also, Pope explains how Officer 1 scaled a barricade: “Officer 1 began yelling at people in front of him to ‘Go, go, go!’ As they climbed bicycle racks, Officer 1 yelled for the crowd to ‘help him up, help him up!’ followed by ‘push him up, push him up!’”
“Needing help to get up, Officer 1 asked a nearby man to give him a boost,” the motion continues. “The man gives Officer 1 a lift up, and Officer 1 says ‘Thanks, bro.’”
Officer 2 replied, “They’re not going to shoot anybody.”
Officer 2 persuaded one protester to ascend the Capitol building from the edge of the grounds. He replied, “Go join ’em then.” “No, I’ve got my bike to guard,” the man retorted.
As they crossed the west lawn of the Capitol, the men talked about the protest once more.
“This is amazing,” Officer 2 said. Officer 1, who was shooting the GoPro video, remarked, “Yeah, I’ve never seen anything like this.”
The Epoch Times story points out that, “nearly 30 members of the Electronic Surveillance Unit were assigned to duty on Jan. 6, some of whom were gathering evidence on crowd activity. In one video, officers in uniform gave instructions on how to identify non-uniform officers who were manning the Capitol Riots.
“Dark hair, black vest, thin blue line, thing on, dark hair,” the officer said. “And he’s got like, it looked like a little 27 or something on his hip. No police identification on him at all.”
“They will have a wristband,” he added. “Their guns will have a candy stripe on the barrel. Okay. I don’t know the wristband color, but they’ll have a wristband somewhere.”
Another video shows officers in civilian clothing revealing their identities and stating that they are all “armed.”
