According to recently made public records, an FBI agent spoke to the House Oversight Committee about their involvement in the investigation of the president’s son. The House Oversight Committee has made startling charges, according to a fascinating transcript made public on X. It asserts that the FBI and IRS had clear directives to postpone taking any action on a prospective interview with Hunter Biden. Amazingly, neither agency had the chance to speak with him while waiting for his call.

The FBI Special Supervisory Agent expressed how “upset” he was to find that the Biden campaign had been informed, which he considered was wrong, along with IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley. The agent then claims, in a first for his career, that his fellow special agent told him they had orders not to go to Hunter Biden’s residence without first getting in touch with him.

“The initial plan was to have the local field office of the Secret Service be notified the morning of to diminish opportunities for anybody else to be notified. I was working with my management on that, as well as headquarters — our FBI headquarters. But suffice it to say I was informed that FBI headquarters had contacted Secret Service headquarters and had made a notification at that time,” said the agent.

“And as we got together or while we got together on that morning, I was notified by my assistant special agent in charge that we would not even be allowed to approach the house; that the plan, as told to us, was that my information would be given to the Secret Service, to whom I don’t know exactly, and, you know, my name, my contact, you know, my cell phone, for example, with the notification that we would like to talk to Hunter Biden; and that I was not to go near the house and to stand by,” he testified.

Oversight Committee no longer trusts U.S. Attorney after being given unique authority
The Oversight Committee has voted to not support U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who just got special counsel authority from U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. This choice was made in response to information that other US attorneys in the districts where Hunter is suspected of crimes had declined to file charges and had a dubious political donation history. Weiss may now look into such instances outside of Delaware’s borders thanks to his newfound authority.

Hunter Biden’s plea agreement is currently being renegotiated with the prosecution, which might spare him from going to jail. At first, the transaction was unheard of in the history of the Delaware district. In the midst of continuous political scandals regarding the late President Donald Trump, the White House is under pressure to uphold impartiality.
