In a recent undercover investigation, James O’Keefe’s Media Group revealed unsettling admissions from a top executive at The Walt Disney Company. The Senior Vice President, captured on video, disclosed the company’s biased hiring strategies that explicitly exclude certain demographic groups.
During the covert operation, an undercover journalist from O’Keefe Media Group engaged Michael Giordano, Vice President of Business Affairs at Disney, who shockingly admitted, “Nobody else is going to tell you this, but they’re not considering any white males for the job,” adding, “there’s no way we’re hiring a white male.” This stark confession highlights a clear and troubling direction in the company’s hiring protocol.

Giordano elaborated on the methods used by Disney to mask these discriminatory practices. He explained that the company employs “code words and buzzwords” to navigate around legal repercussions. The Vice President even shared an instance where a candidate was deemed not suitable because he did not visually represent his racial background sufficiently. “We wanted to hire somebody in the department a few years ago now, who was half black but didn’t appear half black,” Giordano disclosed. He added that the decision-makers at Disney wanted someone who “would appear a certain way” which the candidate failed to meet.
