“Still hanging around,” Epstein allegedly told Wolff via one of his lawyers late Friday, hours before he was found dead on Saturday morning.
Wolff shared the eerie quote during an interview on “The Daily Beast Podcast,” sparking renewed questions about what really happened behind bars at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in August 2019.
“I believe that I got the last message from him before he died,” Wolff told the podcast. “His message to me hours before this happened was — and it was just in response to me asking how he was — and he said, ‘Still hanging around.’”
