El Chapo’s Cartel Executes Witnesses THIS Way!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The audit found that the cartel recruited a hacker who could exploit mobile phones and digital tracking tools with terrifying precision. Fox News reported that the hacker “offered a menu of services related to exploiting mobile phones and other electronic devices.”

This wasn’t some amateur operation—it was advanced, targeted, and deadly.

The cartel’s digital mole did more than just crack phone records. He successfully tracked the FBI’s Assistant Legal Attaché in Mexico by using the agent’s mobile number to pull call history and geolocation data.

Even more chilling—the cartel watched the agent’s movements via Mexico City’s own security cameras. As the audit stated: “According to the FBI, the hacker also used Mexico City’s camera system to follow the ALAT through the city and identify people the ALAT met with.”

It gets worse.

The report went on to confirm that “the cartel used that information to intimidate and, in some instances, kill potential sources or cooperating witnesses.”

Let that sink in: American surveillance systems were flipped against our own agents and their allies—and people died because of it.

This catastrophic security breach happened under the watch of an administration that’s made appeasement and incompetence its national security strategy.

The audit issued a stark warning about how modern technology now allows even poorly equipped enemies to “identify and exploit vulnerabilities” with ease. Smartphones, laptops, and surveillance systems are no longer assets—they’re risks when left unsecured.

Some U.S. intelligence officials described the threat as “existential.” That’s not hyperbole. When a drug cartel can kill U.S. informants using our own tech, the line between organized crime and terrorism has been obliterated.

President Donald Trump saw the writing on the wall long before Washington’s bureaucrats ever woke up. On January 20, 2025, Trump signed an executive order labeling major international cartels as terrorist organizations—a move that has proven both necessary and prescient.

“International cartels constitute a national-security threat beyond that posed by traditional organized crime,” the order read.

It explained how these cartels aren’t just running drugs—they’re building “complex adaptive systems” akin to insurgent terrorist groups and have “infiltrated foreign governments across the Western Hemisphere.”

Trump’s order continued: “The Cartels have engaged in a campaign of violence and terror throughout the Western Hemisphere that has not only destabilized countries with significant importance for our national interests but also flooded the United States with deadly drugs, violent criminals, and vicious gangs.”

And in a truth that’s become undeniable, Trump concluded: “The Cartels functionally control, through a campaign of assassination, terror, rape, and brute force nearly all illegal traffic across the southern border of the United States.”

On February 20, 2025, his administration’s order was enforced as the State Department formally designated eight cartels—including Sinaloa—as Foreign Terrorist Organizations.

What we’re dealing with is no longer simple drug-running gangs. These cartels are functioning terror groups with cyber warfare capabilities that challenge even nation-states. They can kill in silence, track federal agents in real time, and disappear into the digital fog.

The audit has confirmed the deadly lengths these criminal empires will go to in order to silence witnesses and retain their power. They’re not just traffickers—they’re rogue regimes fueled by greed and protected by Biden-era weakness.

There is only one logical path forward: These organizations must be dismantled entirely. That means aggressive counterterrorism action, superior cyber-defense, and full cooperation between U.S. intelligence and foreign allies who are ready to fight this scourge.

The Biden administration has failed to act—but the facts are out now.

Cartels turned our own surveillance tools into execution devices.

And unless we act with the strength and resolve President Trump demanded, this will not be the last time America’s enemies use our own technology to bury the truth—and the innocent—under digital silence.
