Disney’s live-action Snow White remake is already a sinking ship, and much of the blame falls squarely on its star, Rachel Zegler. For the past two years, the actress has alienated audiences with her relentless virtue-signaling, divisive rhetoric, and outright disdain for the classic 1937 film and its loyal fans.
Zegler first sparked outrage in 2023 when she dismissed the original Snow White as “dated” and accused the film’s beloved prince of “literally stalking” the title character. Her comments didn’t sit well with audiences who hold the Disney classic close to their hearts. But instead of learning from the backlash, she doubled down, making matters worse.

In August, Zegler took to social media to post inflammatory comments about a “free Palestine,” wading into controversial political waters that had nothing to do with her film. Then, in November, she insulted Trump supporters, further alienating a massive portion of potential moviegoers. After facing immediate backlash, she attempted to walk back her comments—but the damage had already been done.
