The celebration in D.C. reportedly drew over 250,000 attendees and was held on June 15 — a significant date that coincided with Flag Day and Trump’s 79th birthday. The event featured patriotic pageantry, tanks rolling down Constitution Avenue, and a dramatic military flyover near the Washington Monument.
Meanwhile, Clinton was rubbing elbows with the liberal elite at the wedding of her longtime aide Huma Abedin to Alex Soros, the son of controversial left-wing billionaire George Soros. The guest list included Bill Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, and Anna Wintour, according to the New York Times.
One critic summed up the moment in a blistering post: “On one hand you had shootings and riots .. On another hand, You had happy people celebrating the 250th Army Anniversary … Your Point? BTW: How was the Democrat Royal Wedding of Alex Soros and Huma Abedin?”

Ironically, Clinton’s “no kings” message landed flat, as users reminded her that America already has a national holiday to celebrate the rejection of monarchy — it’s called Independence Day.

Still, Clinton seemed unfazed. The hypocrisy wasn’t lost on the public. On one hand, Clinton blasted a patriotic military display with snarky social media commentary. On the other, she was sipping champagne in a luxury enclave surrounded by Democrat insiders.
Once again, Clinton’s tone-deafness has reminded America why she lost in 2016. For many Americans who cherish the military and love their country, her latest comments confirmed what they’ve believed all along: Hillary Clinton doesn’t just loathe Trump — she holds everyday patriots in contempt.
