“Tornadoes? Yeah, there’s an increase in tornadoes. I think you go back and find tornadoes for all of human history, for sure,” DeSantis remarked. He went on to explain that despite the media’s portrayal of storms as unprecedented, Florida has experienced similarly powerful hurricanes throughout its history, long before the modern-day climate change debate began.
