Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) interrogated FBI Director Christopher Wray about FBI operatives supposedly blending in with crowds during the Capitol hack on January 6, 2021. A Democratic committee member protests and asks the Republican chair to put an end to Higgins’s remarks.
Rep. Higgins, who is renowned for his combative demeanor, was questioning Director Wray on the FBI’s possible use of “ghost buses” to transfer agents in secret during J6. But a House Homeland Security Committee Democrat interrupted to bring up an orderly disagreement with Chairman Mark Green (R-TN).

“This has run over the time,” stated Maryland congressman Glenn Ivey.
“I understand, but you’ll recall that Ms. [Sheila] Jackson-Lee (D-TX), she’s been allowed to go two minutes before. I’ve been very fair in letting people finish their questioning,” After responding, Rep. Green asked the members to observe their time limitations.
“I’ve been very fair in this,” Before Rep. Ivey could respond, he said, “I don’t think I accused you of being unfair, Mr. Chairman.”

“Your day is coming, Mr. Wray,” he concluded.
WATCH:
Nearly three years later, the events of J6 continue to have a significant influence on Capitol Hill. Even now, while the electoral votes were being tallied to verify President Joe Biden’s win in the 2020 election, Republicans and Democrats continue to offer differing accounts of what transpired during the breach. Years passed before Ray Epps, a well-known individual who was seen on tape encouraging violence, was prosecuted, which gave rise to several conspiracy theories claiming he was an FBI agent. When Epps was eventually charged with just one crime in September, House Republicans expressed indignation, claiming that U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland had shown undue leniency against someone who publicly encouraged violence.
ALERT! Major Water Restrictions In Effect!
FBI Director Wray was grilled hard over Epps. He claimed in June that the individual was unrelated to the Bureau, but he did not discuss any FBI steps about J6. Rep. Matt Gaetz charged that Wray was providing President Biden with political cover.
