Jennifer Welch, co-host of the wildly popular “I’ve Had It” podcast, has emerged as a must-visit stop for ambitious Democrats hoping to win the nomination. Welch first entered public life as an interior designer who appeared on a short-lived Bravo reality series in 2017 and 2018. The show faded quickly. But her second act exploded.

Launched in 2022 alongside Angie “Pumps” Sullivan, “I’ve Had It” began as a platform for venting frustrations about everyday annoyances and cultural grievances. By 2025, it had become a digital juggernaut, generating 660 million views across platforms — a staggering 253 percent jump from the year before. In just the past 90 days, the show pulled in 146 million views and 12.5 million engagements.
