Democrat leaders are trying to spin Garcia’s deportation as a crisis — but Marylanders aren’t buying it.
“The Democrats, they want him back,” Belisario told the group. “They say he was wrongfully deported. He has a wife and a kid, who’s a citizen. They’re calling this a ‘national emergency.’ Is this a national emergency?”
One man shot down that narrative fast: “I wouldn’t call it a national emergency. We got more things going on.”
“There ain’t no national emergency,” another man added.
Then came the bombshell — Garcia, the man Van Hollen is trying to bring back, was not only deported for suspected gang ties but also accused of hitting his wife and engaging in human smuggling.

Belisario asked what Van Hollen had done for them personally.
“He ain’t do s*** for me,” one man snapped.

“Leave him. Or y’all go over there with him,” one man said.
“You’re focused on the wrong things,” another chimed in.
“If they’re illegal coming over here, send them back,” a woman said firmly.
Americans See Through the Left’s Dangerous Priorities
This wasn’t a group of MAGA hat-wearing conservatives. These were everyday Americans — Black and Hispanic voters that Democrats assume they own. And they just made one thing clear: they don’t want violent illegal aliens living next door.
The Democratic Party’s obsession with championing illegal immigrants over American citizens is wearing thin. This isn’t compassion. It’s betrayal.
Taxpayer dollars are meant to serve the people — not fund luxury lunches with deported criminals in foreign countries. It’s time politicians like Van Hollen get the message: put America first or get out of the way.
