Following the arrests of two of the illegal aliens transported from the Big Apple for sexual assault, an upstate New York county executive has demanded that New York City Mayor Eric Adams stop his habit of dumping his illegal immigrant issues on other communities.
In a statement released on Saturday, Mark Poloncarz, the county executive of Erie County, addressed Mayor Adams directly. The notification described the seizure of an unauthorized package that had traveled upstate from New York City.

“Yesterday afternoon, I was advised of a serious incident involving an asylum seeker being housed at a Cheektowaga hotel. As was described by Cheektowaga Police Chief Brian Gould, a suspect is now in custody,” Poloncarz wrote.
The neighborhood has been startled by two illegal immigrants’ disturbing actions. In one instance, a Venezuelan guy apparently committed a sexual assault on a woman as a little kid gasped in fear. He had been transferred from New York City to a motel in Cheektowaga. Another instance involved the arrest and sexual assault of a hotel employee by a guy from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. These atrocious deeds took place in barely two weeks.
Writing that the “safety of the community is paramount” while these crimes are still being investigated, Poloncarz informed the public that he has already spoken with state authorities, including Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul, to inform them of his demand.
“I demanded that Mayor Adams pause all further transportation of asylum seekers to our community until such time as we can resolve all security issues,” Poloncarz wrote. “He agreed and informed me they will not send any additional persons to Erie County at this time. We also discussed the need for a new and improved security plan, especially considering DocGo, the third party hired by New York City to run the hotel operations, may have interfered with this investigation. Mayor Adams agreed that we need to address all security concerns with the hotels. We have already begun discussing ways to increase security and reduce any threat to our community.”
Poloncarz is assured by Governor Hochul of heightened security with the New York National Guard to keep an eye on state-hired motels sheltering illegal people. However, it is unclear to what degree the military have the right to interfere with any illegal activity committed by these people.
Despite the crimes they had committed, Poloncarz maintained the Democrats’ position of “welcoming” illegal immigrants. He did, however, voice some reservations about the security measures.
“As we have done for years, Erie County opened its arms to try and welcome these new Americans. Unfortunately there is no way to make the program as presently run sustainable. Two serious, violent crimes in two weeks are two too many,” he wrote.

“Our refugee agencies did their best to provide support and assistance, but our community’s trust and good faith have been betrayed. We were assured of safety, security, and proper screening. Clearly that hasn’t been done,” he railed. “Refugee agencies, local workers, and others should not and cannot work under the present security conditions. New York City needs to fix this.”
Poloncarz acknowledges that the federal government is mostly to blame for this chaotic scenario as he closes his letter. He claims that the acts of President Joe Biden have let down Erie County and the entire country.
“Finally, Erie County, the town of Cheektowaga and the state cannot solve what is essentially a federal issue. The Biden Administration and the United States Congress must act on this and truly implement comprehensive immigration reform,” he exclaimed.
Poloncarz’s comment may have been stronger. The safety of our whole nation is at risk because to Biden’s lax immigration policies.
But Poloncarz is also a contributor to the issue. Only a few weeks prior, he was telling his locals that all illegal immigrants coming from New York City “have been vetted by federal authorities,” and only a few days later, he was attacking those who criticized Adams’ illegal immigration shipments as “racist and bigoted” individuals stirring up social media.
His assertion that the numerous illegal immigrants pouring over our southern border “have been vetted by federal authorities” is untrue and dates from the Biden administration. Any attempt by the federal authorities to check out these border crossers was utterly abandoned. Those who are apprehended are simply allowed to enter the country without any more instructions other than a “date” on which they must appear before an immigration court. Most of them don’t even bother showing up. Why should they, too? They arrived here after already defeating the system.

“[T]hese cartels are emboldened and empowered by a president who does not care about our southern border,” On Tuesday, Congressman Roy remarked. “He is allowing it to become completely run by the cartels. And if anybody has not seen ‘The Sound of Freedom,’ go see it. Go see what’s happening in the world. Go see who has the power. Go see who is, you know, abusing these young girls, these young children.”
Meanwhile, the New York Post claimed that more than 500 illegal immigrants had invaded Erie County, burdening taxpayers and creating safety concerns.
In Erie County, dangerous acts perpetrated by unauthorized immigrants are not one-off occurrences. Due to the widespread relocation of unscreened people into different areas, these instances are happening all throughout the country. We are all at risk because of the policies Joe Biden has put in place.
I feel Biden and his regime should be charged as accessories to these crimes as they have kept the border open ,letting in any and all comers . Thiefs rapists, murders, child pedophiles and cartel members they will never admit to this as they want a communist nation.
