Late-night television was once a place where Americans went to laugh at the absurdities of life and power. Today, it has largely devolved into a nightly political therapy session for the Left. Ratings are collapsing, shows are being canceled, and audiences are tuning out in record numbers.

Now, one of the few comedians with real credibility has finally said what many Americans have been thinking all along.
Former late-night host Conan O’Brien delivered a blunt reality check that cut straight through the noise and exposed why Trump-obsessed comedy is failing so badly.
Conan O’Brien Calls Out the Anger Disguised as Comedy
During an appearance at the Oxford Union, O’Brien spoke candidly about the current state of comedy and why so many comedians have lost their edge. Without naming names, he described a trend that has become impossible to ignore: comedians abandoning humor in favor of nonstop rage.
“I think some comics go the route of ‘I’m going to just say F Trump all the time,’ or that’s their comedy,” O’Brien explained.
“And I think, well, now a little bit you’re being co-opted because you’re so angry.”
