Remember when Democrats insisted noncitizen voting was just a “conspiracy theory”? Reality just caught up with them. A recent audit in Michigan’s Macomb County uncovered 239 noncitizens listed in jury pools, and some were even registered to vote.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer and Michigan Rep. John James quickly launched a federal probe after Macomb County Clerk Anthony Forlini revealed the numbers over a four-month period.
This is the problem Democrats don’t want to discuss.
Michigan pulls its jury pool from anyone with a driver’s license or state ID. And here’s the kicker: when someone applies for a Michigan driver’s license, they are automatically registered to vote unless they actively opt out.
Forlini’s investigation showed that 14 of the 239 noncitizens were at one time registered to vote, and one person even appears to have voted multiple times.
