CNN “Racist” Claim Backfires INSTANTLY!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

That’s when Blow attempted to drag the conversation into the typical CNN moral-shaming routine.
“When people deny racism, it says a lot about that,” he claimed.

Brown immediately pushed back, firing off a calm but direct correction:
“It’s not denying the existence of racism. This is a Republican state trying to create more Republican seats in Congress to represent their state’s majority.”

But Blow continued pressing forward with his scripted outrage, demanding Brown answer his claims about supposed racial disenfranchisement.
“How did they do it? By disenfranchising black and brown people,” Blow claimed. “But you don’t want to say that, because it says a lot about you.”

At that point, New York City’s former Republican City Councilman Joe Borelli jumped in—and the tone of the entire segment instantly shifted. Rather than let Blow skate by on unchallenged talking points, Borelli brought the hammer down with a dose of statistical reality.

“Well, the problem is, Charles, the worst part about getting into a fight is when you get punched in the face back,” Borelli began. He then exposed the severe partisan imbalance in California’s own congressional map:
“Do you think it’s a coincidence that 40 percent of Californians voted for Donald Trump but only nine out of 51 members of Congress are in Republican plus districts? Or that out of, I think 26 members of the House here where Republicans, voted 40 percent for Donald Trump, there’s only seven members of Republicans. There’s no Republicans in any district in New England.”

He wasn’t finished. Borelli reminded the panel that Democrats have been playing the redistricting game far longer—and far more aggressively—than they want to admit.
“Have you ever seen Connecticut’s first district, right? It’s like a crescent moon. And if you overlay the precincts of Connecticut, you’ll see that they just carved out the Republican districts to be in three separate congressional districts,” he explained. “So again, this is, as Isabel pointed out, a Republican state, doing what Republican states tend to do just like what Democrats states tend to do.”

Then he offered a reminder that the media conveniently ignores:
“Remember, New York was the first person to try midterm redistricting last year, right? So this is the second state that’s trying to do this. I’m not surprised that we’re having the domino effect, but let the chips fall where they may.”

In the end, what began as Blow’s attempt to lecture conservatives about race quickly turned into a spotlight on Democratic manipulation of maps across the country. And instead of Isabel Brown being “fact-checked,” it was CNN’s favorite race-accuser who spent the night getting corrected—again.
