Clinton’s Panama Deal Just COLLAPSED

For more than a year, critics mocked President Donald Trump for a line he delivered on Inauguration Day 2025. Standing before the nation, Trump declared that China was effectively operating both gateways of the Panama Canal and promised to “take it back.”

Cable networks scoffed. Pundits rolled their eyes. Fact-checkers worked overtime.

Now, Panama’s own Supreme Court has detonated that narrative.

In a stunning legal reversal published in the country’s Official Gazette, Panama’s high court ruled that the 1997 contract granting Hong Kong-based CK Hutchison control of key canal ports was unconstitutional. The 2021 extension of that deal was voided as well. The ruling became final on February 23, with no room for appeal.

Within hours, Panamanian authorities moved in.
