The heartbreaking case has drawn widespread attention after 19-year-old Dustin Rose, a cadet at The Citadel and a member of the South Carolina Army National Guard, and his childhood friend, 18-year-old Samson Campbell, were found shot to death in a vacant industrial lot in DeLand, Florida.
