The Vice President of the United States personally intervened to keep U.S. intelligence agencies from circulating material that painted his family in a deeply compromising light. The intelligence report that Biden buried wasn’t just another bureaucratic memo. It captured the growing frustration inside Ukraine’s pre-Zelensky government, where officials were beginning to question the Vice President’s true motives.

Those officials were “bewildered and disappointed” by Biden’s December 2015 visit to Kyiv. They had expected serious talks on political reforms and anti-corruption efforts. Instead, Biden delivered what they described as an empty speech with no substance—while his son Hunter quietly collected a massive paycheck from Burisma Holdings, one of Ukraine’s most controversial energy firms.

According to the declassified documents, Ukrainian officials privately discussed the “alleged ties of the U.S. Vice President’s family to corrupt business practices in Ukraine.” These were not partisan attacks or political gossip—they were concerns voiced by senior allies who believed Biden was protecting his family’s interests while preaching anti-corruption to everyone else.

At the very time this intelligence was collected, Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma—the company paying Hunter Biden tens of thousands of dollars each month for a board position he had no qualifications to hold.

Then, in March 2016, Joe Biden strong-armed Ukraine’s government to fire Shokin by threatening to withhold $1 billion in critical U.S. aid. Biden later bragged about it publicly, saying:

“I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion,’ … ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’”

Just months later, the prosecutor was gone. And not long after, Volodymyr Zelensky came into power—effectively ensuring there would be no more resistance from Ukraine when it came to the Bidens’ questionable activities.

A senior CIA official told Fox News that Biden’s involvement in blocking the intelligence report was “extremely rare and unusual” and “inappropriate to go outside of the intelligence community and inquire with the White House on the dissemination of a particular report for what appears to be political reasons.”

That’s bureaucratic language for one thing: a cover-up. Biden didn’t just ignore concerns—he actively used his position to suppress them.

This wasn’t about national security. It was about self-preservation.

The bigger picture is unmistakable. Joe Biden understood that Ukrainian officials were connecting the dots between his family’s business interests and his government role. So he buried the intelligence before anyone else in Washington could see it.

This is what corruption at the highest level looks like: using the machinery of government to protect your family and manipulate foreign policy for personal gain.

Former CIA Director Ratcliffe described the situation as a clear example of “politicization of intelligence,” something the agency under the Trump administration had “zero tolerance” for.

House Republicans have already accused Biden of “impeachable conduct” and of “defrauding the United States to enrich his family.” These newly declassified files appear to support that case in full.

Ukrainian officials saw the Biden family’s double-dealing nearly ten years ago. They recognized the hypocrisy between Biden’s public anti-corruption stance and his family’s private profiteering. The only reason Americans are learning about it now is because the CIA finally declassified what Biden tried to hide.

The question every American should be asking now is simple:
