These revelations have led us to believe that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are in possession of an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving the then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national involving the exchange of money for policy decisions. It has been asserted that the document contains a detailed account of the purported criminal scheme’s methods and objectives.
It would seem that the DOJ and the FBI have enough information to establish the validity and authenticity of the information contained therein based on the stated detail within the document. What steps, if any, were done to look into the problem is still unknown, though. Extensive congressional supervision is required due to the high level of public interest in evaluating the FBI’s response to this material and the growing public concern over the DOJ and FBI’s history of permitting political prejudice to affect their decision-making process.
