Breaking: Trump’s SCARY Warning to Enemies

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

President Trump later confirmed the operation publicly, framing it as the culmination of years of pressure against a regime long accused of corruption, repression, and collaboration with drug cartels. Trump described the mission as necessary to protect U.S. national security and to offer the Venezuelan people a chance to break free from decades of socialist rule.

The president did not stop there.

On Sunday, Trump issued a direct warning to Maduro’s remaining allies still embedded inside Venezuela’s political and military structure. According to Fox News senior correspondent Benjamin Hall, Trump told them they must either “surrender or play ball.”

Hall revealed that Trump personally spoke with Maduro just days before the strike. During that conversation, the president made his position clear and demanded Maduro step down peacefully. Maduro refused.

“He was ‘not willing,’” Hall said while recounting Trump’s remarks on Fox News.

That refusal appears to have sealed Maduro’s fate.

Despite the dramatic capture, Hall noted that several high-ranking Venezuelan officials remain loyal to the former dictator. Their continued influence inside the country presents ongoing challenges as Washington works to prevent the remnants of the old regime from regrouping.

Trump has made clear that the United States does not intend to allow chaos or a power vacuum to spiral out of control.

In a move that stunned both critics and supporters, Trump announced that the U.S. would temporarily oversee Venezuela’s governance during a transitional period. The administration framed the decision as a stabilizing measure aimed at restoring order, preventing violence, and laying the groundwork for legitimate elections.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is expected to play a major role in coordinating diplomatic and political efforts during the transition.

Trump has also floated plans to revive Venezuela’s oil industry, once one of the most productive in the world. He argued that restoring oil production could help stabilize global energy markets while providing a lifeline to a nation devastated by socialist mismanagement.

Inside Venezuela, the reaction has been chaotic and deeply divided.

Maduro’s allies immediately denounced the operation, calling it an illegal kidnapping and a violation of national sovereignty. Vice President Delcy Rodríguez insisted that Maduro remains the country’s legitimate president, even as government institutions struggled to respond to the sudden collapse of centralized power.

Protests, confusion, and uncertainty spread rapidly across the country as citizens awaited clarity on what comes next.

For Trump, the message remains consistent and unapologetic.

By issuing a direct ultimatum to Maduro’s remaining allies, the president is signaling that Washington intends to press forward aggressively rather than allow the old regime to survive in the shadows. The days of half-measures, stalled diplomacy, and empty warnings appear to be over.

Whether Venezuela emerges stable or fractured will depend largely on how its remaining power brokers respond to Trump’s warning. But one thing is clear. The geopolitical landscape in the Western Hemisphere has just shifted in a way few thought possible.
