The judge further demanded the immediate restoration of frozen funds from the Inflation Reduction Act, pending a final decision on the case. “The Defendants must immediately restore frozen funding during the pendency of the TRO until the Court hears and decides the Preliminary Injunction request,” his ruling declared.
McConnell’s actions didn’t stop there. He extended his authority by ordering the end of all federal spending freezes imposed by the Trump administration. “The Defendants must immediately end any federal funding pause during the pendency of the TRO,” he ruled.
