On Truth Social, Donald Trump announces his success as the Michigan Supreme Court rejects a case that sought to keep him off the ballot for the primary election in 2024.
“The Michigan Supreme Court has strongly and rightfully denied the Desperate Democrat attempt to take the leading Candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election, me, off the ballot in the Great State of Michigan,” the former president wrote. “This pathetic gambit to rig the Election has failed all across the Country, including in States that have historically leaned heavily toward the Democrats. Colorado is the only State to have fallen prey to the scheme.”

The Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove him from the ballot for the 2024 election has sparked controversy and drawn strong criticism from legal experts.
“We have to prevent the 2024 Election from being Rigged and Stolen like they stole 2020 – just look at the complete mess we have as a result with Crooked Joe Biden violently destroying everything in his sight, from our once-great Economy to our once-fair Justice System,” Trump continued. “We have to save our Country from decline and the Radical Left. Make America Great Again!”
Far-left legal groups are actively attempting to remove the former president from the primary ballot in many states. Section III of the 14th Amendment, which forbids former US officials implicated in “insurrection” from running for federal office, serves as the foundation for their complaints.
Following an extraordinary decision by the Colorado Supreme Court, Trump may be removed from the ballot. He promises to appeal to the US Supreme Court even though he was not found guilty or charged with inciting a “insurrection” on January 6, 2021.

Attorneys for Free Speech for People, a left-wing legal group, filed a case in Michigan, but it was previously dismissed by an appeals court. After taking into account the legal challenge, the court determined that Michigan’s secretary of state lacks the jurisdiction to prevent Trump from appearing on the state’s ballot.
Yet another attempt to “save our democracy” by the far left? Take away the ability of people to choose to vote for a candidate, not even with a write-in vote? These power mongers are clearly loosing their minds! If our SCOTUS is worth their salt, this step toward communism will be squashed!
